Dumas Siméus
Founder
- Left his post as President of TLC Beatrice Foods, a $2 billion multinational corporation, in 1980 to found Siméus Foods.
- Prior to founding Siméus Foods, held executive positions at Atari, Inc., Rockwell International, Bendix Corporation and KB Homes.
- In 2005, led a pro-democracy movement as a leading candidate for President of Republic of Haiti.
- Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and an MBA from University of Chicago.
- Fluently speaks four languages: English, French, Spanish and Creole.
Kelly Hansen
President
- Hired in September 2007
- Served as VP of Industrial Sales and Chief Financial Officer.
- Over 20 years experience in the food industry in both retail and foodservice segments at ConAgra Foods.
- Finance degree from Iowa State and MBA from Creighton University.
Mike Delmore

- Hired in August 2009.
- Over 25 years of finance and accounting experience including a background in the food, distribution and aerospace industries.
- BAS from Florida State University, MBA from the University of West Florida, coursework at the University of Texas at Dallas.

- Hired in October 2004.
- Over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry ranging from R&D to quality assurance and culinary development.
- 10 years with casual chains such as Metromedia Restaurant Group.
- B.S. in Food Science from Texas A&M University; CIA (Hyde Park) Chef de Cuisine.

Director of Supply Chain Management

- Over 15 years managerial and supply chain experience with Fortune 500 companies such as Tyson and Smithfield Foods.
- BS in Physics from Tarleton State University.
Frank Barcelona
Director Business Development
- Hired in March 2009.
- Over 20 years experience in the food industry in foodservice and retail sales.
- Experience includes successful track records with ConAgra Foods and Smithfield Foods.
- Holds a BS in Economics from Northern Illinois University.
