Dumas Siméus
Chairman and Founder
- Left his post as President of TLC Beatrice Foods, a $2 billion multinational corporation, in 1980 to found Siméus Foods.
- Prior to founding Siméus Foods, held executive positions at Atari, Inc., Rockwell International, Bendix Corporation and KB Homes.
- In 2005, led a pro-democracy movement as a leading candidate for President of Republic of Haiti.
- Holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University and an MBA from University of Chicago.
- Fluently speaks four languages: English, French, Spanish and Creole.
Kelly Hansen
President
- Hired in September 2007
- Served as VP of Industrial Sales and Chief Financial Officer.
- Over 20 years experience in the food industry in both retail and foodservice segments at ConAgra Foods.
- Finance degree from Iowa State and MBA from Creighton University.
Jim Long
COO
- Hired in February 2001.
- Has served in various roles including VP of Sales, VP of Operations, and interim President.
- Well established career in senior management in the foodservice industry, having worked for over 30 years with diversified foodservice companies such as Sara Lee Corporation.
- B.S. in Science & Math from Southern Oregon University.
Chris Horan
VP of Sales
- Hired in June 2004.
- Has 20 years of foodservice sales management experience.
- Held management positions at Heinz USA, Unilever/Best Foods, and Cadbury Beverages/Dr. Pepper/7Up.
- Extensive experience in national chain sales and foodservice distribution.
Nancy Wingerter
Controller
- Hired in April 2003.
- Over 15 years experience in finance and accounting with companies such as White Packing, a bacon, ham and hot dog processing facility.
- B.A. from University of Hawaii and currently completing MBA from the University of Dallas.
Dave Dockins
VP of Techical Services
- Hired in May 2003.
- 16 years experience and progressive management positions at Tyson Foods, Sanderson Farms and Sara Lee Corporation.
- B.S. in Food Science from Texas A&M University.
Carl Worthington
VP of Culinary Services
- Hired in October 2004.
- Over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry ranging from R&D to quality assurance and culinary development.
- 10 years with casual chains such as Metromedia Restaurant Group.
- B.S. in Food Science from Texas A&M University; CIA (Hyde Park) Chef de Cuisine.

- Over 25 years food/beverage experience with Heinz, Phillip Morris, IBP, and Smithfield Foods.
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University; MBA in Industrial Management from University of Dallas.
